Station 1, built in 1971, is our main fire house, providing coverage to all of Killingworth and mutual aid to
Clinton, Chester, Haddam, Madison, North Madison, and, if needed, Durham. Apparatus includes Pumpers
8-5-1 and 8-5-3, Tanker 8-6-8, Rescue 8-9, and Brush/Light Rescue 8-8-6. Station 1 also includes our
meeting room and rec area.
